- 3 tbsp smoked paprika (this is the secret weapon for a savory, almost “bacony” flavor)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp black pepper
- What you do:
- Find a clean, dry jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Pour all the spices into the jar.
- Screw the lid on tight and shake it like you mean it! Make sure it’s all beautifully combined.
That’s it! Your magic dust is ready. Sprinkle it on chicken before roasting, toss it with vegetables and olive oil, dust it over your morning eggs, or stir it into soups and stews.
